It’s a slow and crafty road
for a self-referring ode,to speak the truth within humility.
To not let praise exceed
beyond factual need,so as to maintain plausibility.
Deserving ode it does,
for centuries it was,a gallant advocate for all but one.
It’s time credit is given
to Ode for noble livin’.A moment for us all to say Well Done.
