Good or bad, I encourage everyone to post comments (constructive critics prefered) about what ever you may read below. I'm no great writer, but I have fun with it. Hope you enjoy. Editors NOTE: For the record...I have included some poems that I wrote while being in sad/dark places. Writting down those feelinigs and thoughts would help get perspective on being sad. So I included them just to say, if you have ever felt this way, you are not alone. Write your own feelings down. Read over them and maybe share them with someone you love/who loves you. Don't let it bottle up.

♪ ♫ Sing to the tune of:  "Leaving on a Jet Plane" ♫ ♪

No, my bags aren't packed, I'm not gonna fly
The drugs they give, they don't make you high
Just leave you feeling loopy all the while

The Dr’s say, it’s all in my head
That Aliens bake banana bread
90 laps in a padded cell = 1 mile

So kiss me and smile for me, Tell me that you'll visit me
Pull tight the straps on my straight jacket please
Cause I’m leaving on an ostrich, been kidnapped taken hostage
Oh babe, I’m trippin’ yo.

Well, therapy group never goes my way
My snowball fight idea was thrown away
Maybe I should not have mentioned yellow snow.

Moving checkers with my nose and chin
Makes game time really hard to win
I finally get Kinged, and have to go.

So kiss me and come back soon
Visit me in my rubber room
Hold me close, cause I cannot use my arms
And I’m leaving on a journey, strapped in a hallway gurney
Oh hey, high five me bro.

The, Electro-shocks are now feeling good
I’d sleep in there, if I just could
Yet Doc says progress is still years away

My “I LOVE ME” jacket, with the wrap around arms
Is now equipped with escape alarms
But I get a little further every day

So kiss me and pat my head, bring me some banana bread
Loosen the straps on my straight jacket please
Cause I’m leaving in a space ship, galactic warp 5 field trip
Oh babe, it’s Yukon Ho!
